The Nantucket Pond Coalition is committed to restoring and protecting Nantucket ponds so that they might be enjoyed by generations to come.

We support the eradication of invasive species, the mitigation of unhealthy algae blooms and the application of scientific solutions to the excess nutrients in the ponds from fertilizer, septic systems and certain household projects.

We work with the town of Nantucket, other conservation organizations and residents throughout the island to achieve our long term goals.
